Hampshire and Surrey £150m framework

PORTSMOUTH: Hampshire and Surrey County Councils have selected 19 firms for a four-year minor works building framework across the region.

Work will include a variety of general building or planned building maintenance worth up to £1.5m for each project, although the majority of projects will be worth less that £100,000.

Framework partners are: Contract Trading Services, Dawnus Construction, Feltham Construction, Lakehouse Contracts, R R Richardson, GBE Services, Brymor Contractors, Dorelbury, R V Dart & Son (Builders), Drew Smith, Farnrise Construction, John Hobden, Morgan Sindall, Raymond Brown Building, Tew Brothers, Hilife Construction, Mansell Construction Services and Walker Construction.

The framework will be available to all public sector clients in the counties of Hampshire, Surrey, the Isle of Wight and the adjoining areas of Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire and West Sussex.

It will also plug into the Improvement and Efficiency South East (iESE) construction framework.
