UK: From January 2013, roofing and waterproofing manufacturer IKO will be appointing a new UK group managing director. Roger Turner is retiring and will hand over the reins to his successor Andy Williamson.

Mr Williamson joined IKO in February 2007 as sales director for IKO’s Ruberoid and Hyload brands. While maintaining a successful sales team he also took on responsibility for group purchasing in addition to retail sales.

Mr Williamson commented: “IKO is a company with a great heritage and a wonderful future. I am looking forward to commencing my new position, and taking IKO forward with great enthusiasm. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Roger a very long and happy retirement.”
