Home Group is rolling up its old regional frameworks into a simplified North and South panel of preferred firms. The northern delivery partners are: Bullock Construction, Cameron Builders, Esh Property Services, Galliford Try, H T Forrest, Keepmoat, Seddon Construction, Southdale, Strategic Team Group and Thomas Armstrong (Construction). The procurement team is also considering extending the framework to 10 years to build long-term partner arrangements with its select list of firms.
