PTS Servicemate solution will help installers secure business

LEICESTER: PTS' exclusive 'Servicemate' offering is being launched through its nationwide trade counters. The compact, credit card-sized resetable device reminds and alerts homeowners when their annual boiler service is due.
This new service will help installers to secure future business and ensuring the homeowner does not invalidate their boiler warranty by not having their boiler serviced.
Servicemate has been specifically developed for the domestic market in partnership Rothenberger UK. Claimed to be simple to affix, the magnetic or self-adhesive pad Servicemate attaches to new and existing boilers or even inside a cupboard. With a dedicated and visible space for installers to leave their contact details, customers will no longer have to search for business cards or receipts when the time comes to book a boiler service. This helpful reminder will ensure repeat business for annual services as well as any emergency breakdowns which may occur throughout the year.
