Jewson holds crime prevention day in Lincs

LINCOLNSHIRE: Jewsons branch in Louth is staging a crime prevention day on Wednesday 1 August. Police will be on hand to offer advice and packs of Smartwater.

Crime reduction officer, PC Nic Hanson, said: "While most builders and tradespeople recognise the importance of removing valuable tools from their vans overnight, there will invariably be occasions during the day when their vehicles will be unattended and equipment vulnerable to theft."
