STOCKTON: JT Dove opened its doors to school children as part of a summer out-of-school programme.

The branch at Portrack, Stockton, recently refurbished with a £1.5m investment, working in partnership with Norton Nursery and the Kids Zone after-school club hosted an outing for 12 children.

Nursery manager Lisa Nelson said: "The children had a fabulous time. The particularly enjoyed the hands-on experience of building materials. They created murals and colourful patterns and it was fantastic to watch their creative minds at work."
