Graham customers get more in return
Published:  25 April, 2012

NORTHAMPTON: Plumbers’ merchant Graham has recently increased the points ratio on its Graham Rewards scheme.

The increase to the point ratio means that those who are signed up to the trade cash and trade credit Graham Rewards scheme will see a 50% point increase on collected purchases from the Green Book trade price list. This will help to ensure that the most popular products are worth more points and also assist local businesses, which make smaller more frequent purchases, to get more for their money.

As a result, scheme members will be able to get their hands on their chosen reward far quicker than before. To help boost point attainment even further, customers will also be able to earn an extra 0.3% on all delivered goods and 0.4% on all sales over £200,000 per annum.

“Rewarding plumbers when they make everyday purchases is our way of saying thank you to our loyal customer base. By increasing the ratio by which points can be gained, it is possible to earn even greater rewards in less time than before – buying more means customers can get more, making their local Graham the one stop shop for all plumbing purchases,” said Ian Kenny, marketing director at Graham.
