Peabody seeks contractors for £130m repairs deal

LONDON: The Peabody Housing Group plans to appoint two contractors to maintain and repair its properties in London in a 10-year deal worth up to £130m.

The winning firms will be responsible for work on Peabody's 21 000 London properties. Up to eight contractors will be invited to tender for the job and the companies have until 18 May to express their interest.
