Graham wants customer feedback.

Graham launches 'local hero' scheme

Published:  17 April, 2012

COVENTRY: Plumbers' merchant Graham has launched a new ‘Local Hero’ scheme throughout its branches to promote its knowledgeable, friendly staff and recognise those that always go that extra mile for customers.

Under the terms of the scheme, any staff member working for Graham can be a Local Hero and can be nominated by either a customer or colleague.

Graham customers are asked to consider the staff in their local branch who they believe does a great job every time they pay a visit.

The Local Hero could be the person that always helps find the part that is needed quickly; the bathroom specialist that gets the order designed or even the office staff member who always brightens the customer's day over the phone.

"In every local branch at Graham we always try and go that extra mile for our customers and we think that this helps set us apart from the rest," explained Ian Kenny, marketing director at Graham.

"We are very proud of our staff. It's their expertise and relationships with their customers that help make the business the success that it is. That's why we have launched the Local Hero scheme to recognise those who individually and on a daily basis – contribute positively to the business."
