A new website for Yorkshire Copper Tube

ONLINE: A survey of more than 10,000 contractors, installers and merchants has helped shape KME Yorkshire’s new website for its Yorkshire Copper Tube brand.

The site was launched last week with an online training module to follow, teaching people about the Yorkshire Copper Tube products, history and service offering.

Visitors can find all the latest news about KME Yorkshire and Yorkshire Copper Tube, including links to its Facebook page and Twitter profile, details of upcoming exhibitions and industry specific comments and features.

There is also a link to Tube Talk, Yorkshire’s digital newsletter and apprentices can sign up to receive a goody bag packed with useful Yorkshire branded merchandise.

Commercial director Neil Overton said: “Last year we carried out a survey to find out how we can be of more help to contractors, installers, merchants and apprentices and since then we have been continually developing new ways to engage with them all.

“We have also increased our activity in the trade press to help keep everyone up to date with the latest developments here.

Merchants have access to delivery information, warranties and technical support as well as contact details for the business managers in their area.Full product information and a handy product finder can be found alongside a comprehensive suite of downloadable brochures. Information about the world wide KME Academy, a seminar program for advanced training for the building industry, can also be found on the website.

“We welcome feedback on the website and see it as a continually evolving platform that meets the needs of all our customers,” Mr Overton concluded.
