Eric Wright drops job bid limit to £10K

PRESTON: Eric Wright Construction is in the market for any size of contract with the launch of a new division to chase jobs as small as £10 000.

The contractor said it was responding to existing customers and set up the new division to offer the know how of a large-scale construction firm on a small-scale basis.Its special projects business will focus on works contracts of between £10K and £1m.

John Dean, commercial manager and Mark Smith, construction manager, will head the new venture which will specialise in refurbishment of existing buildings, extensions and framework maintenance.

Mr Smith said: "Special Projects will add to the already excellent service Eric Wright Construction provide to our clients, enabling them to maintain continuity regardless of the size of the project and type of work they require."
