The client is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of building products who, due to continued success in the UK market place, is seeking to recruit a professional Regional Specification Manager covering the North of England.

The clients products are high quality while being competitively priced and are primarily supplied through Architectural Ironmongers and Specialist Distributors from their UK distribution base, they are therefore seeking a candidate who is able to capitalise on their success to date and further develop their business in the UK.


The role will be predominantly building relationships with Architects and  Specifiers, Facilities Managers, LA’s, Housing Associations, Education Sector, Major End User Plc’s etc., targeting specific market areas and offering product, sales and technical support whilst supporting the distribution chain.


You must have experience of specification sales of Building and Construction Products to Architects, Specifiers etc preferably Dip GAI or Reg AI, M Inst.


Salary up to £40k basic plus commission. Benefits include car, laptop, mobile, home office and health care.
