Mr Cameron and Mr McGrory visited a local resident's house to discuss how homeowners can insulate their property and the differences this solution can make in keeping homes warm and reducing fuel bills.

"Tackling the problem of rising energy bills is high on the Government's agenda, and David Cameron was keen to see first-hand some of the measures that can make a real difference to people's bills," said Mr McGrory.

"The team at Climate Energy Solutions has many years experience in installing insulation, so I am really pleased that David Cameron chose to speak to us as experts in this field."

Climate Energy Solutions is installing cavity wall insulation in 283 homes on the Bayonne Estate in Fulham, South West London. Work on more than 100 properties has already been completed.
