Burglars ram raid plumbers' merchant

HAMPSHIRE: Ram raiders used a stolen van to smash into the front of Heating Plumbing Supplies in Wyndham Street, Aldershot, to steal £5000 worth of 3m length copper pipes. 

Detective constable Andrew Grieve said: "We are very keen to hear from anyone who was in the area of Wyndham Street before midnight on Wednesday evening and in particularly if you saw the blue Mazda van in that area.

"We are also keen to hear from anyone who was in the area of Osprey Gardens in Aldershot at around 10.45pm and saw anything in relation to the theft of the van."
