Nationals named for higher education roster

MANCHESTER: The North West Universities Purchasing Consortium has appointed three heating and plumbing merchant groups on a four-year framework worth £3.95m a year.

Wolseley UK, Jewson trading as Graham Group and BSS Industrial will form the panel until September 2015. The agreement covers the supply of plumbing, ceramics, and heating and ventilation equipment.

NWUPC is based in Manchester and procures services as varied and computing and catering. It is one of six regional higher education purchasing consortia in the UK and is made up of higher education institutions and associate members from further education and other public sector bodies.
