YEOVIL: A radical trading agreement has seen independent builders’ merchant Bradford’s improve service, reduce costs and offer customers a new exciting range of kitchens, appliances and bathrooms.

The deal sees Bradford’s strengthen and remove complexity from its supply chain, switching from more than 50 kitchen and bathroom suppliers to work exclusively in partnership with Mark Two.

Bradford’s customers can now track the progress of their order online using Mark Two’s award-winning home delivery technology, which uses satellite technology to send live updates and text alerts to guarantee delivery times which means Bradford’s customers don’t have to wait in all day for their new kitchen or bathroom to be delivered.

Peter Hoole, commercial director at Bradford’s said: “This is a challenging time, so this agreement was set up to enable us to deliver increased levels of customer satisfaction while – crucially - taking significant cost and complication out of our business. Our partnership with Mark Two has established a firm foundation for growth for Bradford’s.”

Paul Jenkinson, independents director at Mark Two, said: “Bradford’s customers will benefit significantly from our fantastic delivery technology and our exciting, constantly-evolving kitchen and bathroom product ranges, which are designed to meet the needs of a wide customer base.”
