Vinci wins £80m Tesco housing and sports complex

LONDON: Vinci Construction has won the contract for an £80m Tesco housing, shopping and sports complex in London.

Tesco subsidiary Spenhill Regeneration is developing the project in Streatham Common that includes 250 flats, ice rink, swimming pool, sports hall and fitness suite. The development will also include new bus station for Transport for London and takes in the grade-two listed Streatham United Reform Church.
