HARTLEPOOL: A class reunion organised by Lee Dees, director of MKM Building Supplies proved a hit with former school friends of Brinkburn Comprehensive School that closed in 1987.

"It was great to catch up with former school friends who haven't seen each other for 24 years since we left school," said Mr Dees.

"Also a big thank you to Tracy Lamplough-Cosgrave and Justine Parrott for helping me put it together, and must mention DJ Stuart Allison, also a former pupil, who helped compere for the night," Mr Dees said.
