It's thumbs-up for Plumb/Parts Center's London Promise

LONDON: Installers have praised the London Promise – a service recently launched by Plumb Center and Parts Center to take the strain out of working within the M25.

It enables customers who place an order before 5pm, with any of the branches within the M25, to collect the order from 7:30am the next day (subject to availability).

The days of our customers having to trek around various branches to get vital parts or other products are a thing of the past. Customers will be able to call and collect from the London branch closest to their job. This should slash journey times, save them money and allow them to focus on the job.

Stuart Morton, regional trading director, Plumb and Parts Center, said: “The reaction to the London Promise has been excellent. Customers expect an exceptional range of services from Plumb Center but now we are really making it easy for them to get all they need for the job, when they need it.”
