More trade talk with Jewson

COVENTRY: Jewson has expanded its online services to the trade with the launch of two new interactive facilities through its website.
Jewson Trade Talk provides a platform for trade professionals and Jewson staff to share knowledge, advice and best practice. In addition, 'Ask Jack' offers the trade and the general public the opportunity to submit questions on sustainable building, which will be answered instantly by 'Jack' – the online branch manager.
The new Jewson Trade Talk forum allows users to post questions and chat informally with others within the industry, whether it is to offer practical tips, share best practice, or simply submit questions they need answers to. With the launch of the forum, Jewson is enabling its customers and non-customers to interact in this way creating an online community of industry professionals.
Furthermore, Jewson continues to help the trade to make sense of sustainability with its innovative Ask Jack facility. Users can view frequently asked questions on sustainable building and detailed answers are supplied instantly by Jack.
Submitting a new question is also quick and easy. Type in the question and Jack will provide a real-time, interactive response. Questions for Jack can be as basic or as technical as required, covering anything from how to improve the fabric of a building, how different renewable systems work or legislation.
