PJ Liversey to start 22 new homes

ALTRINCHAM: Restoration specialist PJ Livesey Group has planning permission to convert the disused St Anne's Hospital site in Bowdon, near Altrincham into homes.

The site was acquired from Trafford NHS Trust last July for an undisclosed sum. The scheme by the Trafford Park-based firm will feature 22 new homes. Three Victorian buildings on the site will be preserved. Work is expected to begin next month.
