Dallaglio to host 10th Awards for Excellence

LONDON: Former England rugby captain Lawrence Dallaglio is to host the 10th Builders' Merchants Awards for Excellence on 25 November at the Lancaster Hotel in the capital.
Mr Dallaglio has won virtually every accolade available in the game in a remarkable career. He has represented England at every level including England's Sevens team which won the inaugural World Cup in 1993 and is widely recognised as one of the world's best back row players.
He won more than 70 caps for England and played a key role in England's Six Nations Grand Slam in 2003.
He subsequently played every minute of every match in England's triumphant World Cup campaign.
Drawing on his wealth of experience, he is all about pushing for success even when the odds are against you.
That makes him a topical and dynamic host for the Awards, to celebrate the aftermath of what has been a difficult 12 months for the building sector industry. The 10th Awards are a milestone not only for the event, but also for the industry.
