A&G creates display area for JT Dove

Published:  24 May, 2011

BIRMINGHAM: Acheson & Glover (A&G), a leading supplier of premium quality hard landscaping, has designed a new hard landscaping display area for merchant customer JT Dove’s local garden centre.

JT Dove is associated with Clays Garden Centre, based in Washington, Tyne & Wear. The garden centre wanted to start the season with a new and innovative display. JT Dove and A&G were more than willing to help. A&G was particularly keen to create a display that would stand out in the area and achieve pull through for JT Dove. Homeowners are directed to JT Dove.

The new display was installed by contractor Ian Howe Landscaping. It includes A&G’s extensive range of walling, natural aggregate flags and block paving in various colours and textures.

Alan Johnston, branch manager of JT Dove comments: “A&G has shown fantastic support with this project. They designed the display area and the results are amazing. Unlike many display areas which are basic in look and layout, A&G put a considerable amount of time and attention into creating an ‘Outside Room’ and showing what can be achieved with its products. The aim is to excite visitors so they come to us for more information and advice. It’s a great way of helping us to sell more hard landscaping.

“Clays is now advertising its new hard landscaping display on local radio, raising JT Doves’ and A&G’s profile among consumers too,” continues Mr Johnston. “A&G will also be providing us with product and sales training. It’s an excellent result all round.”
