Gorilla Glue’s support for retailers takes on a new league

LEYLAND: Gorilla Glue, one of the UK’s leading adhesives manufacturers has announced that it has invested in pitch side advertising at various Rugby Super League and International matches in 2011.

As well as promoting the brand to attending supporters, images will be beamed to regional, national and global viewers through Sky Sports Live, BBC and Fox Sports Worldwide.

Rugby Super League is one of Sky Sports most watched and popular sports regularly attracting around 400 000 viewers per match, giving Gorilla Glue’s high-impact, eye-catching brand great exposure among one of its core target audiences.

Simon Damp, European sales director, Gorilla Glue tells us: “This TV branding initiative is part of our strategic campaign to support our retailers by communicating direct with their customers. By increasing brand awareness among existing customers and broadening our potential customer base, we aim to help our retailers drive sales forward in 2011.”
