IronmongeryDirect announces appointment of new operational board members

HOCKLEY: IronmongeryDirect has created a new operational board consisting of three new members and the five existing main board directors.

The three new members of the operational board are Paul White, head of product management; Alan Josiah, head of customer fulfillment and Stuart Wilson, head of marketing.

Longest serving is Paul White whose vision is to grow the product range from 11 500 product lines to 18 000 within five years.

Alan Josiah, who has a strong background in logistics with both Tesco and Ocado, joined IronmongeryDirect as customer fulfillment manager responsible for re-structuring operations and developing both product and order processing routines – Operations accuracy is now at 99.2%.

Stuart Wilson originally joined the company as an e-commerce executive and in a short time has helped grow the online channel from £700k to over £4m in 2010.

The managing director of IronmongeryDirect, Wayne Lysaght-Mason, comments; “With plans on track for turnover of £50million in just four years time the combined qualities of this new team will help drive our business by enhancing product, communication and service offerings.”
