ST IVES: Kaldewei has introduced a training programme tailored to specifically meet the needs of its merchants in the competitive UK marketplace.


Conducted in the training suite at the head office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, the one day course covers the features and benefits of steel enamel, the manufacturing process, the product range and also looks at installation aids and instructions. Delegates will leave armed with the knowledge as to how they can recommend robust solutions to their customers for both the supply of baths and shower trays and also achieve a professional, reliable installation.

The one day programme also provides an excellent opportunity to experience Kaldewei’s pioneering products first-hand in the head office showroom which is equipped with around 20 models of baths, shower trays, whirlpool baths, installation aids and accessories.

For merchants who only require certain elements of the training programme, it is also possible to arrange an on-site session with content tailored to meet these specific needs.
