Obituary: Peter Dinsey

Published:  08 December, 2010

HERTFORDSHIRE: "It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that Peter Dinsey, one of our area sales managers, died on Friday 19 November," said Ron Blount, managing director of Blanco UK.

“Only 66, Peter fought his illness with great bravery over the last two years, choosing to continue working until just two weeks before he passed away. Peter will be very much missed at Blanco.

"Over the last 12 years he has very successfully represented our interests, and he has always been a popular member of our closely-knit team. He had also built up a circle of loyal customers who are, I know, very much saddened by his death.

"A one-off character, committed, dedicated and generous, he was a great and loving family man, who so often talked about his family and the wonderful holidays he spent with his grandchildren. He was sports mad, great fun, a good and genuine friend.

"It has been a rich and rewarding experience to have known him.”
