Suppliers take a hit from Rok

EXETER: Accountant Pricewaterhousecooper is trying to shift failed Rok's social housing maintenance contracts as quickly as possible with Mears the likeliest buyer.

But trade suppliers will lose following the failure of Rok's construction business that had an annual turnover of around £250m. The fall of Connaught is feared to have cost suppliers more than £100m. That bill could be even higher for Rok.
