Homebase and B&Q rated worst online shops

LONDON: B&Q and Homebase were voted the worst online shops in the UK.

A survey by consumer group, Which? voted the best online retailer followed by

The two sites achieving a 94% and 93% customer score respectively.

The consumer group found and failed to impress customers on pricing and products. They had the lowest customer scores of all 78 sites rated at 52% and 50% respectively.

Delivery problems ranging from delays and over packaging to inconvenient time slots were the biggest annoyances for online customers, the survey revealed., cycle store, and photography specialist shared third place.
