Vaillant double win at the CORGI Awards 2010

COVENTRY: Vaillant has won the Heating Manufacturer of the Year Award and the Green Manufacturer of the Year Award at the CORGI Awards 2010, during a ceremony held at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

Commenting on the accolades, Jim Moore, regional director, Vaillant Group UK and Northern Europe, said: “Our success at the CORGI Awards is great news for the Vaillant business.  Winning these awards is especially significant because it is the installers who have voted for us, which clearly demonstrates the trust and recognition that the Vaillant Group has generated for its renewable technology products.”

Renowned by installers for its reputation for quality and reliability, Vaillant has an extensive product range in heating, hot water and renewables.  Vaillant was also recognised at the CORGI Awards for its offering in the renewable energies sector, for products such as its auroTHERM solar collectors, geoTHERM ground source heat pumps and climaVAIR air-to-air heat pump systems, which resulted in the company winning the Green Manufacturer of the Year Award.

Following a successful £2million national TV campaign earlier this year, Vaillant is now embarking on a nationwide newspaper consumer advertising campaign, which will further raise awareness of high efficiency heating systems among householders across the UK, whilst generating further sales opportunities for its installer and merchant partners.
