Progressive strengthens support team

RUNCORN: Alan Quick has joined software company, Progressive Solutions, as senior support analyst. His role is to make sure bisTrack users get the maximum benefit out of the software and to oversee the provision of appropriate business solutions as cost effectively as possible.
Key to this is Mr Quick’s ability to understand issues from the customer’s perspective which enables him to give them the help, support and solutions they need.
Mr Quick has worked in software development, training and implementation for the last 24 years, ten of those within the merchant industry, so brings a mass of relevant experience to the Progressive team.
Of six new appointments the company has already made this year, four have been within the services and support team which combines a mix of software, technical and financial skills, plus in depth knowledge of how the merchant industry operates.
