Get ready for Part L

UK: The delay in issuing Part L will see merchants and suppliers scramble later on this year to get to grips with the legislation. Rickaby Thompson Associates is offering a series of training courses exploring the implications of the proposed changes to regulations. 

Part L of the Building Regulations will require the toughest energy performance ever from new and refurbished buildings.

The courses focus on Part L1 (Housing) and Part L2 (Non-Domestic BuildingsEach course will examine range of new build and refurbishment issues covered in the Regulations.

The courses are aimed at demystifying technical and environmental issues and to identify proven, practical solutions for achieving lower carbon standards.
