Concrete's busting out all over.

Girl power helps L&S mix it up

Published:  09 April, 2010

PORTSMOUTH: L&aS Waste Management has launched its ready-mix concrete service for merchant outlets.

As a business renowned for its earth-moving and aggregate services to the building and construction industry in the South, L&S Ready Mix Concrete uses proven volumetric batching technology to provide fresh concrete to various mix specifications.

Cari Winter and Verity Morley were on hand with their own brand of girl power to help launch the service to companies in Hampshire.

Ian Bradbury, operations manager of L&S said: "We can't promise the girls will be available every time we deliver concrete to our customers but they've certainly brightened up our official launch!

"There is huge demand already for our service which is very encouraging. Concrete is not dispatched until the customer is ready for the pour. That ensures fresh quality material is received, giving the user maximum work time." L&S Waste Management also supplies a wide range of services ranging from waste recycling and treatment, to recycled aggregates, skip hire, wheelie bin collection, and earthmoving services.
