Huws Gray cuts waste
Published:  09 March, 2010

LLANGEFNI: Huws Gray and environmental website BuilderScrap have collaborated on a Reuse Road Show to help builders cut waste.

The construction industry disposes some £1.5bn of unused material each year according to Waste resources Action Programme.

BuilderScrap is a free-to-use website that allows builders to pass surplus materials, which would otherwise be disposed as waste, to other builders, community groups and charities, and people with self-build or maintenance projects.

The Reuse Road Shows take place at Huws Gray branches throughout the month at branches in Burscough, Moreton, Wallasey, Heswall, Ellesmere Port, and Aintree.
