Channel marketing strategy for Kaldewei

ST IVES: Kaldewei is investing in the total restructure of its sales and marketing operations to ensure improvements to customers at every single point of contact with the company.
Lois Paffett and Teresa McLoughlin have joined the team as sector support managers: Ms McLoughlin has responsibility for bathroom retailers and end consumers, and Ms Paffett for the specification market.
This channel-focused approach will ensure that the detailed needs of each specific business sector are understood and can be met in the form of professional and effective marketing support and improved after sales service for all Kaldewei customers.
Together with marketing manager, Matt Watson, the new team of three marketeers is strengthened in number and support by the growing, dedicated sales department led by Marc Nation.
