TTF welcomes Taylor Maxwell

Published:  03 February, 2010

LONDON: Taylor Maxwell Timber has announced that it is to join the Timber Trade Federation.

Tony Hammond, Taylor Maxwell's managing director, said: “Becoming a member of the TTF is the next step in our continued commitment to the development of the UK timber industry.”

John White, TTF chief executive officer, said: “Taylor Maxwell Timber’s decision to join is welcome news and can be seen as an endorsement of the work we’ve been doing up to now. Hopefully, it’s also an indication of things to come as we continue to try and increase membership over the course of 2010.

"I very much look forward to their involvement. The TTF is a pro-active trade organisation that can add great value to businesses and I fully expect more companies to come on board in the next few months.”
