Liz Moules: training is profitable.

Moules to promote accredited training

Published:  21 May, 2009

LONDON: Boiler and renewable products manufacturer Vokèra has named Liz Moules as its training co-ordinator. Vokèra currently runs a number of training events, including a two-day accredited solar thermal water heating course, the G3 certificate, energy-efficiency certificate, as well as many technical product courses.

The company's technical training department recently launched a fault-finding course, which it said, installers have found particularly useful. It has plans to introduce an accredited airsource heat pump training course, to tie in with the launch of the Vokéra Aria air-to-water heat pump.

"It has been encouraging to see the uptake of the new courses. The fault-finding one has been fully booked on each date," said Ms Moules.

"I'm looking forward to developing new training, as I know how important it is to the industry, especially with the increase in sales of renewable and low-carbon technologies. It is essential for installers and engineers to have a good working knowledge of these products and we will develop our courses with this in mind."
