Sealants let sales do the talking

HERTFORDSHIRE: Sales of the Sticks Like Sh*t range into distributors during September increased by 25% as its autumn campaign, in partnership with talkSPORT Radio, drove product off the shelves.
The campaign, which targeted talkSPORT's 2.5 million listeners – 14% of which are in the building trade – ran for five weeks from the end of August to support the high performance range of sealants and adhesives.
"Pre-campaign sales of the range into distribution were also up by 41.8% in anticipation of the adverts going live," said product manager Jon Griffiths.
"This intensive and targeted annual radio campaign strengthens awareness of the Sticks Like Sh*t brand year-on-year among tradesmen and continues to drive growth as a product range."
The trade-only high performance sealants and adhesives comprise an all-weather adhesive that is claimed to create a virtually unbreakable bond and sealants in white and clear.
